Members & Subsidiaries

The Turkish Bank Group, consists of institutions based in N. Cyprus, Turkey and the U.K., all operating in banking and finance. Owing to the overseas subsidiaries, a wide variety of services are provided for the customer's benefit.

The parent company Turkish Bank Ltd. of N. Cyprus founded in 1901 presently operates with 14 branches, all situated in the main towns of Northern Cyprus. Other members and subsidiaries of the Group are:

Turkish Insurance Ltd. - Founded in 1996 Turkish Insurance Ltd. is the continuation of the former 'Saray Insurance Company' and provides commercial and retail insurance services.

Started as a single branch in 1980, has become The Turkish Bank A.Ş. and 16 branch institution 9 of which are in Istanbul, operating in the major commercial centers of Turkey. (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Denizli, Mersin, Adapazarı, Kocaeli)

Starting within the framework of the Group, Turkish Yatırım A.Ş. was incorporated as an institution in 1998. Turkish Yatırım A.Ş. is a member of the Istanbul Stock Exchange and its activities are approved by The Capital Market Board. Turkish Investment provides investment services to local and international investors.

United Kingdom

Turkish Bank (UK) Ltd.

Initially established as a single branch at Harringay, London in 1974, it has now become a group of 3 branches located in Harringay, Dalston, Edmonton, Palmers Green and the City. Turkish Bank (UK) Ltd., provides commercial and retail banking services to the Turkish community living in the U.K.
